Katey’s approach is deeply personal, customizing each cut and color to fit her clients’ unique hair, personality, and self-expression. Her passion for improvement drives her leadership and mentorship, always striving to leave things better than she found them. Michelle's passion for art and beauty shines through in her work across film, video, commercial, and bridal projects nationwide. She’s clocked 20 years in the makeup industry with a genuine approach and carries the belief that makeup is for everyone. Michelle’s goal is to help each client feel like the best version of themselves. She loves teaching makeup lessons, perfecting brows, and building meaningful client relationships. When she’s not working, Michelle can be found hanging out at Belle Isle with her husband and son, watching documentaries and true crime. She has two cats, Chica and Lola, a St. Bernard named Mabeline and a few fish. She also dreams of living in an adobe flat in Santa Fe, New Mexico!

A lifelong learner with experience in the industry since 2003, she is continually honing her skills. Anna-Marie's intention in haircutting are fresh and timeless haircuts that compliment your texture paired with natural looking highlights and custom color. Her specialties are precision bobs, soft romantic pixies and Bardot-inspired layered looks. Outside of work, she enjoys Barre3, cooking, and spending time with her husband, son, and their chubby beagle.

Ciara has been behind the chair since 2014, specializing in custom, lived-in color, curly cuts, and precision cutting. Her focus is not only on bringing her clients’ visions to life but also on making sure everyone in her chair feels truly heard and seen. Ciara’s tender and kind approach helps each individual feel comfortable and safe throughout their visit. Outside the salon, Ciara enjoys exploring Detroit, bike riding, gardening, and spending time with her family. She loves connecting with clients over shared hobbies and looks forward to be your hype gal!

Colleen has been behind the chair since 2019, specializing in curly hair, razor cuts, and alternative styles for all lengths. She loves working with bold color, especially color blocking, vivids, and other creative techniques. Colleen’s chair is a welcoming space for neurodivergent folks, those on the spectrum, and the LGBTQIA+ community. She’s mindful of sensory sensitivities and takes care to meet each person’s individual needs. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll find Colleen out in nature with her dog, Molly — rollerskating, hiking, or diving into her latest craft project.

In 2016 Marissa began her journey as a makeup artist guided by a love for beauty. Now an esthetician since getting her license in 2023, she not only specializes in the art of eyebrows and eyelashes, but with skincare and facials, too. She prides herself in creating a warm space where everyone feels radiant, confident and cared for. Each treatment is customized to meet the unique needs of her clients. When she's not at work, Marissa can be found with her beloved dogs, Ryder and Bagel, or crafting whimsical cross-stitched and crocheted trinkets for friends to brighten their spaces. Her passion for helping others embrace their beauty shines through everything she does, inspiring self-confidence and a touch of magic in each person she meets.

Her chair is a safe, welcoming space for everyone—no exceptions. Known for her easygoing energy and genuine connection with clients, Taiylor turns every session into a fun, personalized experience and every appointment feels like catching up with a friend. In her off time, you’ll find Taiylor surrounded by her jungle of plants, hanging with her cat, or dreaming up her next creative project.
